This kasseri is a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) cheese, produced in Sohos, Thessaloniki, Greece, following the same traditional recipe. It is made exclusively from selected Greek sheep’s and goat’s milk from native sheep and goat free ranging breeds of the region of Sohos, without any preservatives and additives. This cheese has many awards including the 3 Stars Great Taste Award in UK, the Gold Award Monde Selection in Brussels and the World Cheese Award in UK.
