This Pavlidis Dark Chocolate is the most famous bitter chocolate in Greece, now with orange. It contains a precent pure cocoa and it considered really healthy, it is rich in antioxidants and contains fewer calories than milk chocolate. In Greece it is called "Ygeias" which means “of health”.

Ingredients
Sugar, cocoa mass, orange flavour pieces (12%) [orange pulp (33.8%), sugar, apple pulp, pineapple fiber, antioxidant (citric acid), natural flavourings, thickener (sodium alginate, calcium phosphate), natural colour (capsanthine)], cocoa butter, emulsifiers (SOYA lecithin, polyglycerides of polyrycine acid), flavour (vanillin). Solid cocoa: 43% at least may contain MILK since it is produced on the same line with milk chocolates. May contain PEANUTS, NUTS And WHEAT.
