Traditional Bougatsa Cream Pie 450g Xrisi Zimi

This traditional Thessaloniki style bougatsa cream pie is made with a secret recipe and is rich in flavour. Xrisi Zimi, is the secret behind making the perfect dough and the taste of homemade creations.

How to make:

• Preheat the oven 200°C (390°F) and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
• Holding its sides using two forks, flip the pie over in its paper tray so that the bottom side faces up.
• Continuebaking for 5 minutes.
